Joe Part, Managing Partner
Joe Part, is a graduate of Florida State University. Having majored in English and Psychology, he naturally went into Health Insurance. Mr. Part received his insurance license in 1976, and over the next 27 years worked for both international insurance and financial service firms at a top local agency. In 1992, he co-founded Alltrust Corporate Benefit Partners. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, St. Petersburg Times, The Maddox Report and many other publications. He serves on the advisory councils of all the top Insurance Carriers.

Karen Brayboy, Chief Executive Officer
Karen is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She and Joe Part co-founded Alltrust in 1992. She brings 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry to Alltrust beginning with E.F. Hutton in the early 80's. She was a Tarpon Springs City Commissioner for ten years and has been extensively involved in her community both politically and charitably.

Corey Lilburn
Corey Lilburn graduated from the University of Michigan in 2000 with a B.A. in Organizational Studies, laying the foundation for a career consulting with business owners and executives. A lifelong resident of Michigan, he moved to Florida in 2001. Corey entered the health insurance industry with AFLAC, and was promoted to district manager eight months later. He joined Alltrust in February 2004 as an employee benefits consultant. Under the mentorship of Joe Part, Corey excelled and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in December. He is enrolled in a two-year advanced education program through the Wharton Business School to obtain his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. Corey was selected to serve a two-year term as chairman for an Emerge segment through the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He was also honored in 2005 with the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “30 Under 30” award.

Adam Hertz
Adam joined Alltrust in January of 2003. He came from The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where he was one of their key producers. His Bachelors Degree is in Information Science from Florida State University. Adam is an active member in Rotary, Sister Cities, and other local charities. He is currently enrolled in The American College where he is seeking advanced degrees as a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) as well as a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC). Adam has received the Broker of the Year Award for the past two years at Alltrust.
Adam and his wife, Brie, recently had a son, Carson.

D. Michelle Urso
Michelle came to Alltrust Insurance in March 2002. She has over 13 years experience in Human Resources, which includes, 10 years in the healthcare industry and 3 years in the public sector.
Her Bachelors Degree is in Business Administration with an educational emphasis on human resources. She is an active member of the Florida Kid Care Council, Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM), Tampa Bay Health Underwriter's Association and devotes her time to other charitable events in the community.

James McCoy
James graduated from Siena Heights University (Adrian, MI) with a Bachelors in Marketing. His professional career includes 2 years as a Payroll and Tax Consultant for ADP in Detroit, MI. This experience was followed by 5 ½ years as a Benefits Consultant in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. James became part of the Alltrust family in March of 2005 because of the fantastic corporate culture and unparalleled reputation and capabilities in the benefits marketplace.

Jean Cogswell, Key Account Marketing Manager
Jean Cogswell is responsible for strategic renewal planning for existing accounts. She evaluates renewal benefits with employers annually; gathers appropriate data required for Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and works closely with the agent and carriers during the negotiation process to get the best plan and rates possible for the clients. Jean’s responsibility is to showcase our clients to the carriers in a manner that results in the lowest possible premium. Jean has a background in accounting, human resources, MIS, and sales. She has worked in various industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, municipality, retail and insurance. Jean also devotes a lot of time to charity events that benefit children and elders. Such as: Shriners Children Hospital, Ronald MacDonald House, The Spring, Crisis Center Tampa Bay.

Jimmy Quinn
Jimmy is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Social Science. He has over five years experience as a leading advisor. Jimmy is Director of our Orlando marketing division. He can be reached locally at 407-880-3611.

Sandy Harrington, V.P. of Account Management
Sandy Harrington, was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. Sandy moved to Florida in 1993. She began her insurance career in 1997, working for a surgical practice and quickly found the desire to move towards the carrier side. After several years with the carriers, she found her home with Alltrust in May, 2003. Sandy worked for United Healthcare in claims customer service and a Third Party Administrator handling Medicare Supplement policies prior to joining Alltrust. Her strong benefits and claims experience have helped save our clients tens of thousands of dollars.

Patty Nguyen, Claims Advocate and Enrollment Specialist
Patty Nguyen is the Claims Advocate and Enrollment Specialist for Alltrust Insurance. She has a health insurance background, formerly with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and several years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance market in Claims and Policy and Procedures.

Barbara Kageff, Account Manager
Barbara joined Alltrust in the beginning of this year. She is a graduate of Wayne State University in Michigan with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education. She comes to Alltrust with experience in sales, education, management, and human resources.

Kate Burns
Kate joined Alltrust Insurance in December 2005 in the marketing division. Her current responsibilities include assisting with the creation of proposals and other marketing materials. Kate has a varied work background including experience in the insurance industry, environmental industry and county school district.

Suzy Circle
Suzy recently joined Alltrust Insurance. She has a background of 22 years in the insurance business. Suzy has worked for large medical and ancillary companies for the past 14 years. Her background consists of management, human resources, individual and group sales. She is also a Certified Enrollment Specialist.

Shelley Langston
Shelley came to Alltrust insurance in July 2006. She has over 22 years business experience in sales, marketing and management with Microsoft, IBM and Ernst & Young Accountants & Consultants. Just prior to joining Alltrust Shelley worked for a privately held full service insurance brokerage firm in Southern California.
Her Bachelors Degree is in Finance with an emphasis on statistics and computer science. Shelley’s charitable work focuses on health and education for low income children. She is a mentor and committee member of Take Stock in Children, an active member and volunteer for The First Tee, Project H.E.A.R.T. (Homeless Education and Resource Team for homeless children) and Sarasota Humane Society Pet Therapy program for disadvantaged children. Shelley heads up the Alltrust Cares company recycling program and encourages all our customers to reuse and recycle.
