Alltrust Insurance, an employee benefits and HR consulting firm based in Palm Harbor, FL, has announced that John Rutan will be the firm’s Executive Vice President of Client Experience.
This newly created position will oversee all aspects of the client experience. It will create and track client deliverables, service standards, and help to create new cutting edge strategies for Alltrust clients.
During his tenure with Alltrust, John has held various leadership roles in sales management, client consulting, and service and operations. John has a degree in Accounting from Mercy College in New York and over 30 years’ experience in healthcare field. His experience includes working on hospital and provider contracting and negotiations, insurance sales and client consulting. John’s tenure includes 7 years of working at Alltrust and assisting employers with maximizing their benefits investment.
When asked about John’s transition to the new role, Alltrust’s CEO, Tim Love said, “With John’s experience and knowledge of understanding what it truly takes to ensure client satisfaction it was a natural choice and transition to this role. I look forward to watching his success.”

In his role of Executive Vice President of Client Experience at Alltrust, John’s overall responsibility includes ensuring an excellent experience for every client of Alltrust. Additionally, John will continue the culture of tenacious client advocacy through service team training and education; improved data analytics and benchmarking to provide consultative guidance; and expand products and services to the evolving world of HR.
