Shawna Gambill, GBA, GBDS is one of Alltrust Insurance’s Account Executives. Joining Alltrust in 2021, Shawna brings over 25 years of experience in the Florida insurance industry. In her previous role as Benefits Advisor and Vice President of the Employee Division, Shawna specialized in providing consultative employee benefits services and alternate funding strategies for the large to middle-market segment. Over the years, she has developed very strong relationships with our carrier partners and businesses in the area.
A Little More About Shawna
Shawna has expertise in a wide variety of areas, including alternate funding strategies, financial analysis, vendor negotiations, pharmacy, and cost containment. She works closely with her clients to develop their total benefits strategy, handle all financial aspects of group health plans, and analyze and utilize innovative solutions. She also conducts monthly meetings and ongoing educational efforts with employees. Her goal is to ensure all clients’ needs are met and provide the best client experience possible for them and their employees. She prides herself on being a trustworthy advisor for her clients and considers herself part of their team.
Shawna currently serves on several advisory boards, is a member of HR Tampa, Suncoast HR, Tampa Bay Women, and SHRM. She does a lot of volunteering in her community and is a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter’s Brownie troop. Originally from Wisconsin, she now lives in St. Petersburg with her husband, two children, and Lambeau (her rescue dog).
