She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in English writing, rhetoric, and literacy. Ginnet has over 7 years of experience in the industry and began her career in Scottsdale, AZ at JP Griffin Group, a Hub International partner. She has extensive knowledge in self-funding, large group, and benefit communications. She is committed to her clients and strives to be a trusted partner. Ginnet speaks Spanish fluently and her favorite music genre is Regueton.
A Little More About Ginnet
Ginnet’s additional responsibilities include, evaluating employee and employer needs for health insurance; handling all financial aspects of group health plans including renewal negotiations, plan design, contribution strategy, etc.; conducting on-site open enrollment meetings; review employee benefit packages with new hires on a monthly basis; provide ongoing educational meetings to employees; and annual review of employee benefit package an options within and outside of the current insurance carrier.
Ginnet says her favorite aspect of working with Alltrust is “connecting with clients and making a positive difference in their experience with insurance.” In her spare time, you will find Ginnet with her husband Armando, her siblings, and 2 fur babies, Max and Bella. Together, they love to travel and find new restaurants to enjoy. They are self-proclaimed foodies!
