Alltrust is proud to be nominated for the sixth consecutive year as one of Tampa’s Best Employee Benefits Firms in Florida Trend Magazine. The annual Best Companies list appears in the August issue of the publication. One-hundred companies are ranked in small, medium and large employer categories. Alltrust, with close to 40 employees, ranks in the Small Business category for the issue.
“We couldn’t be happier to be nominated for such an outstanding compliment from our employees,” says Alltrust’s Founder, Joe Part. “One of our main goals is to make coming to work every day fun for our staff. We hope they feel like they are our extended family rather than employees.”
“Our Best Companies To Work For coverage always seeks to offer lessons for companies that aspire to create a Best-Company workplace,” says Mark Howard, Executive Editor. “
Qualifications for Nomination: Best Employee Benefits Firm in Florida Trend Magazine
To participate, companies or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and had to have been in operation for at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey and analysis, and determined the final rankings. Being nominated as the best employee benefits firm is competitive, and a huge honor.
“The top companies seek high energy employees who vigorously accept the organization’s core values,” says Florida Trend Publisher Andy Corty. “The companies that attract these great employees are the same companies that show growth even in a challenging business environment. It’s our pleasure to recognize them and encourage others to build Florida’s competitive advantage.” It is by placing emphasis on becoming the best employee benefits firm that Alltrust has been able to secure such a nomination, while retaining top employees.
