Alltrust has adjusted our human capital strategy to recruit and retain the top talent. We have created policies that allow for working from home, remote access after hours, and telephonic response capabilities. Over the past two years, we purchased a new phone system, new servers, laptops, and heavily invested in our IT infrastructure. Prior to the pandemic, 80% of our staff worked remotely. Our service metrics have remained at their pre-pandemic levels, and our team is focused on providing excellent service to our customers and their employees. Our office phones, including our mainline, roll directly to our associates’ computers and phone systems while they work remotely. Because of this, we have made sure to invest in the security of our mutual data and privacy. Firewalls and multi-step authentication processes protect your data. Our team stays connected and communicates regularly via software such as Microsoft Teams and Jabber. This allows for a fast and efficient exchange of information and connectivity.
