In the recent past we’ve had groups grow from 500 to 1,000 employees as well as add groups in other states with multiple locations. Our expertise and relationship with our carrier partners allows us to negotiate the best financial outcome, as often times in acquisitions the acquired group’s risk is unknown.

Additionally, Acrisure acquires approximately 100 companies annually, and the M&A process and subsequent due diligence is something that we do routinely. Each of these acquisitions requires an evaluation of associated expenses and employee benefits migration.
