Amber Nappi is one of Alltrust’s Client Advocacy Managers. She’s originally from Raleigh, NC, but has lived in many states throughout the Southeast. Amber joined Alltrust in 2018, with previous experience in both Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance. For 15 years prior to that, her specialty was in the finance industry. As a Client Advocacy Manager for Alltrust, Amber spends the majority of the day doing exactly what her title says, being a personal advocate for her clients and their employees, as it pertains to billing, claims, carrier education and more.
A Little More About Amber
Amber handles complex billing issues and questions, provides education and training on internet services available with corresponding insurance carriers, handles employee and/or employer issues with applicable insurance carriers, processes renewal changes and paperwork , and follows up with clients to ensure applicable deadlines are being met for any changes.
When asked about her favorite aspect of working with Alltrust, Amber replied the team and family atmosphere.
In her time outside of Alltrust, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and son! She also enjoys the beach, reading and Crossfit!
